Techa Smith, founder of Gentlecare Baby & Mom, is a trusted newborn care specialist devoted to providing exceptional, personalized support to families. With a passion for nurturing both mother and baby, she combines experience, compassion, and professionalism to deliver a level of care that brings comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.

I am a certified newborn care specialist with over thirteen years of experience. I support new and existing parents as they navigate the fourth trimester by helping establish healthy sleep routines and providing overnight care and support. My goal is to allow families to rest, recover, and confidently enjoy their new baby with a sense of peace and security.


I am deeply passionate about the work I do, and I see it as a meaningful part of my everyday life. As both a mother and a caregiver, I take great pride in my ability to provide compassionate, reliable care while using my experience, knowledge, and natural instincts to support every family I work with.
